"Last December, he appeared 'live' from the North Pole as Father Christmas, via zoom in a truly personal experience for my two 3 year old grandsons. They were enthralled and bewitched that they had a private audience with the 'real santa'. Richard's pre meeting research was so well used, endorsed by the fact that one of my grandson's exclaimed 'how does he know so much about me?'
